Annville Elementary School

PowerSchool Parent Access Information Page

Dear Parents/Guardians,

PowerSchool parent access will be open for all students in grades 2-6 during the second week of September. Parents will receive a letter at open house that contains your username and password. With this username and password you will now be able to access your child's grades, attendance, and graded assignments online. This site was developed as an informational site to help you understand our online grading system at Annville Elementary.

PowerSchool will allow you to view your child's overall grade and percent as well as individual assignments in each subject area. You will not see the "Standards"(Adv, Pro, Bas, BB) section of the report card on PowerSchool.

Currently we use two areas for teacher comments. The comments listed in the reading course are general overall comments that are placed on the report card. The comments listed in "AM Attendance" are listed on the mid-marking period notices. These comments are not course specific for these two subject areas.

Please "click" on the gradebook links on the left of this page. These pages will show different weighting scales that are used in each subject area. This information will show a breakdown of how the quarter grade for each subject area is calculated.

After viewing these pages, "click" on the "Security Certificate" link on the left and follow the instructions provided in the letter. Please follow the step-by-step instructions to install the security certificate. This will allow you access to our Elementary PowerSchool site with your username and password specified in the letter.

If you are experiencing any problems accessing this site please email me at jpaul@acschools.org. If you have grading questions please email the classroom teacher.
