I have been with the Annville-Cleona School District as a School Psychologist since the beginning of the 1996-1997 academic year. My education in the area of psychology started with earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. I continued my education by earning a Masters of Education in Human Development and an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. Since it is an area of interest for me, I furthered my education in the area of Autism by earning the Professional Development Credential in autism from the Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. I also hold the Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential.
Before arriving at Annville-Cleona, I enjoyed working with children of various age levels in different environments by doing such things as providing respite care for foster parents, being a Playful Parenting Instructor, providing home visits for Project Head Start and acting as a Teacher Associate at Centennial School of Lehigh University (a school for students with autism and/or emotional disturbance).
When not at school, I enjoy gardening, reading and Polynesian Dance.
