In order for a business to be properly recognized, the following steps must be taken:

1.  Print out a copy of our business letter, levels of contribution, and the contract form.

2.  Fill out the contract form and return that with your gift card, prize, donation, or check to Mr. Clements, Mrs. Mohn, or Mrs. Felty.

3.  Understand that any prizes or gift cards donated to you will count towards your VIP status, but we cannot include that in your fundraising total raised since it is not actually a monetary donation.
