ACCELERATION
What is acceleration? Is it right for every gifted child? What are the social/emotional effects of acceleration?
For answers to these questions and more, we encourage you to attend our parent presentation on acceleration on September 20 at 6:30 pm at the Manheim Township Public Library.
Ann Lukowski-Shoplik Administrator of Acceleration Institute and Research at the Belin-Blank Center of the University of Iowa, will cover:- 20 different types of acceleration
- “How to” accelerate
- Social/emotional impact of acceleration
- Short-term and long-term impact of acceleration
