• If your student attends Annville-Cleona School District and you need to change their stop location OR inform the district that your student will be a walker or parent transport, click HERE to access our Change of Transportation Google Form.
  
  
• If your student attends a non-public school within a 10-mile radius from Annville-Cleona School District, you reside within ACSD, and you need to request transportation for the 23-24 school year, click HERE to access our Non-Public Transportation Request Google Form.
