Dr. Krista M. Antonis

Dr. Krista M. Antonis has been serving as the Superintendent of the Annville-Cleona School District since July 2020. Prior to her current position, she held the role of Middle/High School Principal at the Annville-Cleona Secondary School beginning in September 2017. Dr. Antonis brought eight years of administrative experience from the elementary building and district office levels before joining the Annville-Cleona School District (including roles at Susquenita, Wilson/Whitfield, and Red Lion). Before pursuing her career in administration, she taught high school English at the Manheim Central School District for five years.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Dr. Antonis is a dedicated Steelers fan. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Secondary Education from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She went on to achieve her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with Reading Specialist and Administrative Certifications from Penn State Harrisburg and Penn State Great Valley, respectively. In 2014, Dr. Antonis completed her Doctorate in School Systems Leadership from Widener University. Continuing her academic pursuits, she completed her second Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from West Chester University in 2024.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Antonis enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Rob, her daughter Victoria (who serves in the Navy), her stepdaughter Elliana, and their two dogs, Anka and Nova. They take pleasure in engaging in games, hiking, and simply relaxing together around the fire pit.
Relationships are the foundation from which Dr. Antonis leads. It is important to always listen and treat others the way in which you want to be treated. Through these tenets, Dr. Antonis is going to continue working to establish trust with the entire A-C community.
