Dr. Krista M. Antonis has been the Superintendent of the Annville-Cleona School District since July 2020.  Prior to that, she was the Middle/High School Principal at the Annville-Cleona Secondary School since September 2017.  She came to A-C with eight years of elementary building (Susquenita and Whitfield) and district office (Red Lion) administrative experiences.  Before her time as an administrator, Dr. Antonis taught high school English at Manheim Central School District for five years.

Growing up in Pittsburgh, Dr. Antonis is a loyal Steelers fan!  She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Secondary Education from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and earned her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with Reading Specialist and Administrative Certifications from Penn State Harrisburg and Penn State Great Valley, respectively.  In 2014, Dr. Antonis completed her Doctorate in School Systems Leadership from Widener University.  Currently, Dr. Antonis is enrolled in a Master of Human Resources program through West Chester University to continue her learning.

In her spare time, Dr. Antonis enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, 22-year-old daughter, Victoria who is in the Navy, 14-year-old step-daughter, Elliana, and two dogs (Anka and Nova).  Together they enjoy playing games, hiking, and just hanging out together by the fire pit.

Relationships are the foundation from which Dr. Antonis leads.  It is important to always listen and treat others the way in which you want to be treated.  Through these tenets, Dr. Antonis is going to continue working to establish trust with the entire A-C community.

Dr. Antonis is excited to continue to encourage students to reach their fullest potential, to develop meaningful partnerships within the community, and to build on our successes!  #DutchmenPride
