Middle and high school can be a difficult time for many students.

Pressure from peers, difficulties at home, and problems at school can all cause anxiety, frustration, anger, and depression.

SAP - The SAP (Student Assistance Program) can help your family connect to community resources like counseling.  The SAP team is a team of teachers, counselors, social workers, and an administrator who can help assist your family in an assessment, they can provide support to your son or daughter, and they can provide available resources for your family.  Contact guidance for more information.

School Based Therapy Services - Licensed counselors offer services to students inside our building during the school day.   Please call your school counselor for more information.
